One problem that so many people seem to have when they are on vacation in Mazatlan is that they just done get the amount of rest and relaxation that they were intending on getting when they planned the trip. There is so much to see and do at the beach and with all the fantastic restaurants and nightclubs beckoning night and day, if you aren't careful you can end up back home more exhausted then when you left.
Relaxing therapeutic massage is one sure way to make sure that you get some “power rest” during your stay and you won't have to look too far for a great source for it in Mazatlan. The great thing about it also, is that you can really indulge yourself, because the price on therapeutic massage treatments in Mazatlan runs about one quarter to one third of what you will pay up north.
The Royal Spa, formerly known as Aroma Spa in old town Mazatlan comes highly recommended and they have huge repertoire of treatments to choose from, ranging from a variety of facials and pedicures, to deep penetrating and relaxing massage treatments.
Its on Mariano Escobedo Street, right next to the cross street Belisario Domingues. Its located in an older historical building as are all of the other businesses in old town, so you may have some trouble locating it. They have an excellent cosmetology, sewing and therapeutic massage job training program for the local women in Mazatlan, so they deserve your support.
Another community service that they have their hand in, is gathering and distributing used clothing and shoes to poor and underprivileged families in the greater Mazatlan area. After you are through with your massage the old town beach front is right around the corner, so you don't have to go far for lunch or dinner.
